The chronic load that runs through working life

Senior leaders carry a chronic load. So do the people working alongside them and the people working for them. The pressure looks different at different levels of an organisation, but the underlying effect on the nervous system is shared.

Seven Rivers Wellness builds the underlying capacity, so the load itself becomes easier to carry. The work draws on a broad range of evidence based modalities, integrated around a clear, practical framework. It is delivered in formats that flex around real working weeks.

Walk

The structured path to nervous system strength delivered online and in person for organisations worldwide.

What makes the work different

1
Data led
Every engagement above the introductory session begins with a confidential individual assessment. What gets delivered on the day is shaped by what the people in the room have actually reported.
2
Integrated modalities
Breathwork, movement, pressure point therapy, meditation, functional wellness, nervous system regulation and accountability. Each is a proven approach in its own right. The work lives in how they reinforce each other.
3
Practical by design
Practices scale from two minutes inside a meeting to longer sessions when time allows. Built to fit the rhythm of a real working week, at every level of the organisation.
4
Online or at your premises
Engagements can be delivered fully online, fully in person at your offices or a venue of your choosing, or as a blend of both. The right format is decided based on what suits your team and your operational rhythm.

Eight ways to engage

A clear ladder of engagement, from a single hour to an ongoing partnership. Each level is the level below it plus one or more specific new components.

The right starting point depends on what your team needs and where the organisation wants to begin. We help you identify that in the initial conversation.

Eight ways to engage
Level G Introductory group session 1 hour, online
Level 1 Assessed group session 1 hour, online, with assessment and personalized calls
Level 2 Assessed group series Four sessions across 4 to 8 weeks, online
Level 3 Whole-business assessment Stand alone diagnostic across the wider workforce
Level 4 Half-day workshop 3 to 4 hours, online
Level 5 Full-day immersive 6 to 7 hours, in-person
Level 6 Programme 3 to 12 weeks, blended online with one-to-one support
Level 7 Gold standard retainer Ongoing partnership with continuous individual care

Pricing depends on format, group size, and scope. We are happy to provide indicative numbers in an initial conversation.

The assessment that sits underneath the work

The assessment is the spine of everything we do above the introductory session. It is what allows the work to be genuinely tailored to the people in the room.

User

Individualised

Each participant completes the assessment privately, online, in their own time. We ask about how they are sleeping, how they are managing stress, where they are holding tension in the body, where their energy levels sit, how their mood is moving through a typical week, and what is going on for them in their working life. The questions are simple to answer and meaningful to review.

People

Personalised

Responses are reviewed by Matt or Sandra before the session is delivered. The cumulative picture across the group then shapes the focus of the work on the day. The session is tailored around the group's collective situation, never around any individual's personal responses. Confidentiality is held absolutely.

Confidentiality

Confidential

Individual responses are never shared with the commissioning business. The commissioning business receives only anonymised cumulative data. This is what allows people to be honest in the assessment, and being honest is what makes the subsequent delivery valuable. Confidentiality is nonnegotiable and stated clearly to every participant before they begin.

Paper

Followed by a personalised plan

Each participant receives a written progression document tailored to their own profile. Specific, practical, and concise.

Video call

Followed by a personalised call

A 15 to 20 minute one-to-one call between each participant and Matt or Sandra at a point that suits the work. After a single session this is typically a four-week check-in. Inside a longer engagement, the call sits where it makes most sense for the participant. A check-in to review what has worked, what has not, and to discuss further work if and when applicable.

This sequence (assessment, plan, call) is included as standard at every level above the introductory session. It is what allows a single hour of group time to become a meaningful piece of work, and what allows longer engagements to be genuinely tailored.

Whole-business wellness audit

For businesses who want to understand the wellbeing picture across their entire workforce before deciding what to do about it, Seven Rivers offers a standalone whole-business wellness audit.

A confidential individual assessment is circulated to every nominated staff member. Responses are analysed at aggregate level, and the business receives an anonymised company-wide report covering overall picture, departmental variation if requested, areas of strongest concern, areas of relative resilience, and a set of practical recommendations.

The commissioning business can request that individual participants also receive a personalised response with practical tools tailored to their own assessment, plus a personalised 15 to 20 minute call.

The purpose of the audit is to tell the organisation what is actually happening across its workforce, so that any investment in wellbeing is shaped by evidence.

Who delivers the work

Matt Dunham

Matt Dunham spent thirty years in the construction and façade industry, with seventeen of those years at director level managing operations across the UK, Dubai, China, and Switzerland. He is now a qualified acupuncturist with the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association, Ireland, an Advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor, and a Reiki practitioner. He brings industry credibility to the work and speaks the language of working life because he lived inside it for three decades.

Sandra Dunham

Sandra Dunham has fifteen years of holistic practice with qualifications in reflexology, therapeutic yoga, breathwork facilitation, and biomechanical movement. Her ARIA Breathwork Facilitator certification, multiple yoga qualifications, and Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko credentials give her a broad skill base. Both practitioners deliver the corporate work. Specific allocation across an engagement depends on group composition, the modalities most relevant to the assessment findings, and operational fit with your team.

Working alongside what you already have

Seven Rivers complements existing employee assistance programmes, occupational health provision, and any other workplace wellbeing infrastructure your organisation already has in place. The work is designed to integrate with what is already there. We will tailor our offering to work together with anything that you already have in place.

Where a participant is already working with mental health support, medical treatment, or any other clinical provision, the Seven Rivers work runs alongside that. Integration produces strong outcomes for the individual and for the organisation
