Each week you receive a focused 20 to 30-minute live call, a written plan of action, and a check-in form that keeps the work continuous between sessions. You work with Matt, Sandra, or both, decided at the discovery call based on what will help you most.

The personalised protocol draws from across the seven streams; breathwork, movement, pressure point therapy, meditation, functional wellness, nervous system regulation and accountability. The mix shifts as your needs shift, always guided by what the work is calling for.

The structure is consistent: a weekly check-in, a weekly call, a written plan that carries the thread forward. What changes is the content of the work, which moves with you.

How It Works

Step 1
Book a discovery call. Free, around fifteen minutes, no obligation. We talk about what is going on, what you are looking for, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, we agree which practitioner would be the best match for the work you want to do.

Step 2
Choose your commitment level. Monthly rolling gives you flexibility to start. Three, six, nine, and twelve-month commitments reduce the monthly rate transparently. Longer commitments are priced lower, not as a promotion, but because sustained work produces better results.

Step 3
The call is weekly, 20 to 30 minutes, held at a consistent time that works for your schedule. The weekly check-in form and written plan run alongside the call, keeping the work continuous. You begin when you are ready.

Step 4
Your sessions draw on all seven streams as a connected system. Breathwork, movement, pressure point therapy, meditation, functional wellness, nervous system regulation, and accountability sit alongside each other. The focus shifts week to week based on what your body and your progress are showing.

At the end of a commitment period, you have a genuine choice: Continue with a fresh commitment, move into a lighter maintenance rhythm, or into self-led practise with the tools and protocol you have built. Either direction is a good outcome. There is no pressure either way.

We work alongside whatever conventional treatment you are already receiving. Menopausal medication, mental health prescriptions, and other medical treatment all have their place. The best outcomes come from integration, not replacement.
